LAW ENFORCEMENTState of Hawaii LEOSA

FAH Group has been contracted by the State of Hawaii to provide the LEOSA firearm certification in the State of Hawaii for all retired law enforcement personnel who meet the requirements for concealed carry exemption under the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004. All Hawaii LEOSA course applicants must be referred by the State of Hawaii Department of the Attorney General. Once you have met the qualification requirements as set by the Attorney General’s office, you may then fill out the FAH Group application to register for a course. Any applications received that are not pre-approved by the Attorney General’s office will not be processed. Note: Certification is not completed and authorized by the Attorney General, State of Hawaii until you receive a State of Hawaii Firearm Certification card from the Attorney General, State of Hawaii.
